To gain admission into the MBBS programme at AIIMS Delhi, a candidate must have at least 50% marks in the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects. The selection process for the MBBS course at AIIMS Delhi is highly competitive and is based on the candidate's performance in the NEET-UG exam. The first-year fees for the B.Sc course at AIIMS Delhi is ?1,145. 

Admissions to B.Sc programme at AIIMS are entrance based and candidates should hold a valid entrance exam score. All seats are filled strictly on the basis of the entrance exam conducted by the institute itself.

To be eligible for MDS at AIIMS Delhi, candidates must have completed their BDS programme with at least 55% aggregate. Additionally, they must also have 12 months of internship experience on or before July 31 of the year of admission. Final admission to MDS at AIIMS is subject to the INICET exam conducted by AIIMS Delhi. For admission to the 2023 batch of MDS at this institute, AIIMS started the INI CET registration process on March 7. To submit the application form of INI CET 2023, candidates have to complete the following four stages: basic registration, confirming the status of basic registration, code generation and final registration.
