Yes, some courses at Allahabad University admissions are direct based on merit scores. The university recognised scores from the Graduate Admission Test (PGAT) for admission to graduate courses and the Undergraduate entrance Test (UGAT) for entrance to undergraduate courses. UG course admissions, however, are determined by the CUET-UG score. Numerous undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate-level courses in engineering, science, technology, engineering, and the arts and humanities are available at Allahabad University. No, you should have no problem getting BA LLB admission in Allahabad University (AU) based on your chosen CUET UG subjects (English, Hindi and Law). In fact, it is a typical choice for BA LLB through CUET. Most universities require candidates to choose a language (Hindi or English) from Section I of CUET. You covered it either in English or Hindi. It is a BA LLB domain specific subject and is compulsory in CUET Section II. You added it too. This section tests general knowledge, reasoning and math skills. Although some universities consider this, many BA LLB programs, including AU programs in most cases, make it optional.

Hello Riya

For AU admission through CUET, candidates must register online at allduniv.ac.in. Admission to Allahabad University is based on the scores obtained by the candidates in CUET UG. AU admission 2024 first merit list based on the CUET 2024 scores will be released tentatively in August 2024. 

So yes it is gonna take a few months from now.

For admission to its undergraduate (UG) programmes, Allahabad University accepts CUET-UG scores. Bachelor of Performing Arts (BPA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), and Integrated Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of Laws (BA LLB Hons) are among the courses offered in this programme. There are several specialisations in which these courses are available.

The cut off depends upon number of students and how students perform in the exams if in 2022 the exam is of 300 marks and 184 is the cut off for general, 178 for ews category, 172 for obc, and 156 for sc, and 128 for St category.
