Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU or CSJM University or Kanpur University), formerly known as Kanpur University, is a public state university located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The university was established in 1966. Kanpur University offers UG and PG courses across multiple specialisations. CSJMU admission to these programmes is either based on a national/ state-level entrance examination or through an online entrance test conducted by the university itself. Candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria of the respective courses to secure admission to the university.
