The college is much good for HR, the hr subjects are starting even from first semester and the faculties are all well experienced from international universities and it's having good placement records also.

Hi soumya, Placement in alliance previous years placement records is 100% as 96% people get a job with an average package of 6.5 laksh where as the highest package was 13 lakhs but all depends on how well you perform in these 2 years and the rest 4% either join their family business or became an entrepreneur. And the faculties are best in India with min 15 years of experience chooses best from corporate and teaching industries, faculties are ever ready to help u in and every moment. Hi Siddharth, Yes you are eligible to sit during the counselling and eligible for apply. Alliance ask for 60% in MAT but if you don't have above 60% then Alliance conducts Alliance mat(amat) on the PI date, In AMAT there will be a written exam followed by extempore and then PI. In Extempore they will give you a topic with preparation time 3 minutes and after then you have to give a speech for 5-7 minutes in-front of students and the interview panel. In PI don't get nervous just tell the truth, don't bluff. Focus more on extempore and PI. For more details please go through the link http://bus.alliance.edu.in/web/mba-admissions.php

The good placements and package depends on the ability of the student, last year 94% students got placed with an average package of 6.5 lacks, and the communication specialization is good but it need minimum number of people to start the specialization.
