HI Sanood, On the personal Interview day will be a written exam (amat) followed by extempore and then PI. In Extempore they will give u a topic with preparation time 3 mins and after then you have to give a speech for 5-7 mins in-front of students and the interview panel. The operations are good in Alliance, and the faculties all are well experienced full time professor's, and last year 94% students got placed with an average package of 6.5 lacks and a highest package of 12 lacks.
