One college is in North India & the other is in Bangalore. Both appear to be on the same level. Be it faculty or placement. Therefore, I feel you should get admission in whichever comes first.

Between these two colleges I feel that SRM, Chennai is a better option. Facilities and faculty both are reportedly better. In addition, the placement cell functions very well.

This is a newly opened University and perhaps because of this it accepts students who have cleared any CET in India. I am giving link for information:

I appreciate your interest in Alliance University for B.Tech in computer science engineering. As far as college feedback is concerned, it's the current and passed out students of the college who can provide you the best ones. For the same, kindly refer to the link below for reviews by the college alumni:

No, SRM University is far better then Alliance university. Its last year placement is also very good. You can go through college website. Moreover, if you are looking for more good colleges you can choose either LPU Punjab, Chandigarh University, Galgotia University and PIET Haryana.

Yes, you can pursue PhD. For that you need to appear for NET or you can take direct admission in colleges also but I strongly recommend you to go through NET.
I hope this helps.
