You have chances for BAMS / BDS with a score of 350 +.

In WB a score of 500+ is generally the cut-off for MBBS.

So you can use Shiksha college predictor with this score.Also, you have chances as the score is closer to 400.

Yes, your chances are high at getting a private BHMS or B.A. MS college in Uttar Pradesh with 420 marks as there are various number of colleges providing admission for that score.

Jyoti Vidyapeeth University is better for B.A.M.S but it is only for women. Although Mahatma Phule college is also good for B.A.M.S as the fees is low.
