With a NEET score of 347 and as an OBC candidate in Maharashtra, you satisfy the eligibility requirement for BAMS and BHMS courses since the cutoff for candidates from the OBC category generally falls around the 40th percentile. Even so, in government colleges it may be difficult to get admitted with higher marks being the deciding factor.

Admission in the Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) course at Jamia Tibbiya Deoband is primarily determined by the marks obtained in NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test). Although direct cutoff marks in the current year are not openly revealed, earlier trends suggest that applicants with high marks in NEET are likely to get the opportunity for admission.

With 83 marks in NEET 2024, getting a BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) seat in government colleges is improbable. But lower NEET score candidates might be considered by some private homeopathy colleges for management quota seats. Admission requirements and availability differ institution-wise and as per state laws. It is better to look up and directly contact private BHMS colleges to ask about their individual admission criteria and seat availability. Also, try exploring other medical courses or re-preparing for NEET to have better opportunities.
