If possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute. However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute. You can consider the below parameters
1) Faculty,
2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement

If its directly at the University campus & a full time course , then yes . but if its a course offered by any other institute where the course is recognized or approved by the said university , then may be not. In the second scenario, i would suggest you to join a regular course of long duration , certified by the institute ( definitely check the institute reputation ) & simultaneously complete a regular graduation ( online - must be approved by UGC ) , that will help you to build a good career . IAS exams are conducted by UPSC every year.
To become IAS officer you need to complete your studies i.e. after 12th complete Graduation from a recognized university.
Minimum qualification required to appear for IAS exams is Graduation from a recognized university.
It is under Civil Service Exam conducted once in a Year by UPSC.To become an IAS Officer One Needs to crack Civil Service Exam.
You need focused study of subjects. You should analyze the syllabus, and hard work is needed to crack this examination. Its important to have some reading habits as that will help you to keep yourself updated about the current affairs. Read lots of magaz
