Animation Eligibility

Bachelor of Science in Animation (BSc Animation) is concerned with the process of drawing, planning, and preparing photographic sequences that are combined with gaming and multimedia. The BSc Animation programme allows budding artists to learn about the subtleties of animation and filmmaking.

Admission to the BSc Animation programme requires a 10+2 diploma or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. 

The admissions process for this programme differs by the institute.

The majority of institutes rely on admission on the candidate's performance in the 10+2 or similar examination.

To apply for Animation courses after Class 10th, aspirants must meet the following general eligibility criteria: 

• Candidates must have passed Class 10 from any recognised India state board or national board. 
• There is no upper age limit for apply to the animation courses after Class 10th. 
• Candidates need to be at least 14 years old to pursue these courses. 
• Some institutes may require a minimum percentage of marks in your 10th board exams around 50-60%.

Moople Institute of Animation and Design, Elgin Road BBA admissions are merit-based. Admission to the BBA course offered is based on the merit secured by the students in the last qualifying exam. The basic qualification required by a candidate to be eligible for admission is to pass Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board. Moople Institute of Animation and Design shortlists candidates based on their academic merit. The institute considers scores secured by the students in the last qualifying exam (Class 10/ 12/ Graduation/ Postgration- as required) academic merit and creative aptitude of the students. The institute may ask students to appear for institute-level selection rounds if it deems it necessary. 

Reliance Animation Academy offers BSc in Animation in full-time mode. The duration of the course is 3 years. Admission to the BSc programme in Animation are based on the merit obtained in Class 12 or equivalent. Candidates must pass Class 12 from a recognised board. Candidates should also hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification purpose.
