There are many courses of animation in india and few places are doing really great. I have done my Masters in multimedia from lovely professional university LPU provides 6 Degrees in Bachelors. Sc. ( Multimedia) 3 years. Sc. ( Gaming) 3 years. Sc. ( Graphics) 3 years. Design ( Multimedia) 4 years. Design ( Gaming) 4 years. Design ( Graphics)4 yearsand two course in Masters. Design ( Multimedia). M.Sc. (Multimedia). First of all, There is separate Department Called Multimedia which comes under school of design III. This Department has well-equipped labs with high end workstations and it has gaming studios also where students can play and test the games on play station, PC and x box platform. Multimedia students of LPU has campus placements in companies like Amazon ( as 3d Artist), Rockstar games, Kony India, xentrix studio, Dq entertainment, Prime focus, Green gold animation and so on with maximum packages of 8 Lacs per annum and average packages are 5 Lacs per annum. More and more demand of animators is emerging in various mediums such as movies, television, video games as well as industrial machines.
