Stability totally depends on how much efforts you put in your job and how much keen are you in continuing with this job. There is a great scope as many big studios and companies like Walt Disney, Sony Pictures & Turner Entertainment which make animated films, TV ads & computer games, are off-shoring animation content to India. Many Indian animation studios & production houses are packed with work be it outsourced from abroad or in-house projects for the market in India. Hence, the Indian animation industry is certainly facing a talent crunch.

The special effects coordinator on the same film will typically make $4050 per hour, so $700 for a 12-hour day. The visual effects supervisor might make $5000/week, or $1,000 for the day.
