Yes, you can pursue animation after completing 12th class with Biology as there is nothing to do with Biology. It is a separate course and any person can this course after 12th. But some basic computer knowledge can be needed so I should learn basics of computer for this course.

Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board for diploma programmes, passed in 10th must for certificate course, and if you want degree course that in 12th 60 % marks is required. So decide which ADVFX course you want.

There is no issue you can do in you want to do creative field but it more different from pharma and you should have good drawing skills with you already. You have already completed your B.Pharma you will still be eligible but it may be possible that no credit is given to the Bachelors degree that you have done.
