Andhra University doesn't offer a course in Animation. The answers hence is- Look for a college that offers your desired course.
I would suggest you to rather go for Jain University. The Indian Animation industry is growing at a very rapid pace and many international and Hollywood projects have at least a part of it made here. Both the institutes are equally good and both have good infrastructure and faculties, you have to decide as per your convenience.and requirement.
YMCA, New Delhi, A very good institute with a reasonable fee and good atmosphere, very good reviews by students, campus life is good Infrastructure, Food and hostel are good and enjoyable. Very good Faculty They are hardcore professionals in their streams; else some are well-known faces in the industries. You will also find some books which are being authored by these faculties based on their experience.

It is difficult to say for sure which animation institute utilises the latest tools and technology while teaching students without being in the industry ourselves. The industry updates itself constantly. We in India mostly use a decade old software and techniques. However, I would suggest you research about institutes by going there and talking to the faculty and students reading reviews on the internet.
Currently, institutes like Arena, MAAC and colleges like NID are famous for animation courses. But I would repeat my advice that you go to their campuses and judge by yourself. Look into what version of software they use, what devices they use. Look up portfolios of its previous batches. Animation Institutes in India are not very stable as teachers drop midway through the course and go for a better job.

Course Objective: The course training aims to equip its students with all aspects of film-making & video programme production using digital video equipment. Most of the aspirants willing to be independent filmmakers may join the course. The skills learned during the course may apply in making various kinds of TV programmes & films like advertisement films, telefilms, documentary movies, music videos, etc.

3) Film and TV Direction, Screenwriting, Scriptwriting training modules - The film director gives direction to the cast and crew and creates an overall vision through which a film eventually becomes realized, or noticed. Directors need to be able to mediate differences in creative visions and stay within the boundaries of the film's budget. There are many pathways to becoming a film director.
4) Understanding Communication, Media Laws & Ethics - Communications law is the practice of law that relates to the exchange of information using technology. It's any law that involves the regulation and use of electronic telecommunication. . Most communications law and regulation in the United States involves the federal agency the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
5) Audio-Video Editing - Video editing is the process of manipulating and rearranging video shots to create a new work. Editing is usually considered to be one part of the post-production process other post-production tasks include titling, colour correction, sound mixing, etc.
6) Videography and Camera Handling - Videography refers to the process of capturing moving images on electronic media and even streaming media. The term includes methods of video production and post-production. It was initially equivalent of cinematography.
