Both programmes are leading to different career path and opportunities. You can find good opportunities with your creativity with B.Sc in animation programme but in the case of B.Sc in biotechnology you should plan upto Ph.D for better opportunities, salary, and knowledge due to complex course module and research area.
All the best!

If you want to work abroad, you should probably study a game designing course abroad. Most foreign companies won't be interested to take you in unless you are an IITian and have work experience. Game industry is very good in Canada, Japan, Ireland, etc. so you can think of studying there.
