If you are interested in a career in animation and graphic designing, then I would suggest you to join a degree program with certification from software companies, who are leaders in the field of designing software like Autodesk, Foundry and Vray (Chaos Group). A good degree program will teach you the entire process of creativity from basic designing and sketching to mastering the software skills.

For engineering examinations, the reputed one is Joint Entrance Examinations. The application is already released. For design course, AIEED is the best examination to secure good institutions. For law, AILET is the best.
For MBA, CAT is the best examination. For multimedia, you can learn in the country anywhere with NIIT courses.
All the best.
