Do not worry. Yes, Masters is an added advantage for sure, but you are a degree and diploma holder. The main focus is in your programming skill. Rather than cramming another set of books, it would be better to polish your programming skills and enter the industry. AS far as Masters is concerned, you may do it side by side through correspondence. But, do this only if you are willing to.

If you want to make your career in this field, then you can go for Bachelor's degree or a Diploma course.
In Bachelor's degree, you can prefer:
1. BA in animation and multimedia.
2. B.Sc in animation and multimedia.
3. Bachelors of visual arts.
4. B.Sc in animation and gaming.
5. B.Sc in animation and VFX.
6. Bachelors of fine arts in animation, graphics and web design.
7. BA in animation and CG arts.
For Diploma courses, you can prefer Diploma in 2D Animation
1. Diploma in 3D animation.
2. Diploma in digital animation.
3. Diploma in animation and film making.
4. Diploma in VFX.
Diploma programs generally last for a period of 1 year. It may vary
