Course fees depand on course contents.
Big institutions take big fees.
if you want to learn web design than find someone professional web designer.
He/she will teach you all practical and updated course in short duration.
Institutions take long time and high fees.

Don't join any institution b'coz institutions will get high fees and they don't know what is running in practically.
But if you want to get degree in this subject than go your city's University office and consult with him.

From my past experience , I dont suggest anyone to join a distance graduation programme on animation or VFX , due to very poor communication level / due to communication gap , maximum of the students who opt for such courses end up struggling for the exam dates , course completion certification and many more operational issues though out his course .
Yes if you can join a college directly or in the university campus then it may be different .
I suggest to join a long duration course which is by the institutes certification and not a distance course under any university. Also try to get maximum information about an institutio

So its always good to visit the institute personally, speak to them, see the track record and then decide if its up to the mark as per your requirement.
