It costs you around INR 60,000, if you want to stay in the campus hostel.
But, many paying guest (PG) hostel are also available nearby which costs you less than INR 40,000.

You better choose Rajampeta dear because as it is a main branch more opportunities will be there for you.
But on basis of geography and availability of resources Tirupathi will be a better option.
Any how AITS Rajampeta has more demand than Tirupathi.

Most probably, you are eligible in shift 2 counseling for CSE If you belongs to SC or ST, then surely you will be eligible.
