Yes, Annamalai University is one of the oldest universities. It has now been accorded the status of a State Government University. It is accredited with an A Grade by the NAAC and is recognised by the UGC. Apart from this, Annamalai University is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and has been ranked in the band of 101-150 (University category) by NIRF in 2022. Thus, the degree awarded by Annamalai University is valid.

Hope you are doing absolutely great.
So with regard to your query, as per the notification for the year 2020 to 2021, the cutoffs for Annamalai University for the Pharma D course is 53.97 marks. And the rank scored must be between 1 to 230. However, the cutoffs vary every year, it is better for you to score between 70 to 100 marks, because the cutoffs comes down basing upon the unfilled seats.

The campus of the university is established in Tamil Nadu. However, students must note that now the university does not have any UGC approval to provide any distance learning courses. The UGC approval of the university was valid till 2014-15 only and if it gains UGC approval again you will get updates on our website.
