Generally, a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university is the minimum requirement for admission to the LLB course in the School of Legal Studies, Apeejay Stya University.

A minimum aggregate of 45% is generally required under the general category, variations for SC/ST/OBC may be according to university norms with respect to score in bachelor's degree as eligibility. To pursue the integrated BA LLB programme, candidates must qualify for 10 + 2 with at least an aggregate of 45% marks. Several entrance tests can be taken into account when determining admission to the program. These include: CLAT, LSAT or the university admission test.
