- Academic Qualification:  
  - Must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognised board.  
  - Subjects required: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics.  
- Minimum Marks:  
  - Should have secured at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.  
- Age Limit:
- Minimum age should be 17 years at the time of admission.

The eligibility criteria for admission to the LLB course offered by the School of Legal Studies at Apeejay Stya University (ASU) are:

 * You must have a Graduation degree  from a university recognised by the UGC (University Grants Commission).

 *  You need to have  a minimum of 45% marks in  your graduation.

 *  There is a relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks. Therefore, SC/ST candidate minimum marks in 40 %

 *  Candidates are required to appear for and qualify in the Law Entrance Exam conducted by Apeejay Stya University (ASUAT).

 * Academic Qualification: Candidates must have Graduation degree  from a UGC-recognized university or institution.

 * Minimum Marks: They  have  minimum  45% marks in  their graduation.

Candidates will need to apply for their desired course through the online application form that is present on the official website of the university. After filling in the required fields in the application form candidates must pay the application fee to further participate in the admission process. If the selection criteria of the applied-for course require candidates to appear for further rounds such as the Personal Interview, candidates will be invited to appear based on merit and eligibility.
