The eligibility criteria for MBA course at Apex University require applicants to have passed a Bachelor's degree (in any discipline) or an equivalent examination, with a minimum aggregate of 50%. A relaxation of 5% in the minimum eligibility requirement is provided to the candidates belonging to the SC, ST, OBC & SBC categories. The eligibility criteria for BA courses at Apex University is common across all specialisations. The Apex University BA eligibility requirement is as follows:
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 in any stream, or an equivalent examination from a recognised board/university/council

Apex University provides sports scholarships to students admitted to the UG, PG and Diploma courses offered at the university. The scholarship is provided till the completion of the programme. To be eligible for the scholarship, students must be admitted under the sports category and must have represented/played at the State or National level games. The scholarship percentage for the two levels are presented in the table below:
