Apex University DPharma selection process is based on two criteria. The university selects students for the DPharma programme in the following two ways:
- 50% of the total DPharma seats are filled through CUET merit
- Remaining 50% of the seats are based on the APEX merit. The university conducts AUCET to shortlist students for DPharma and other courses offered at the university.

Candidates have to pass Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate to apply for BA courses at Apex University. There is a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate for SC, S, OBC, SBC candidates. Hence, aspirants with 70% in Class 12 can apply for BA. Admission in BA programme is offered only if they candidates meets eligibility and selection criteria.
