APLAWCET counselling centres, also known as helpline centres, are designated institutes assigned APSCHE for offline certificate verification. It helps qualified candidates secure admission into 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB, and LLM courses.

Students cannot pay counselling fee offline. They will have to pay counselling registration charges online.

The Andhra Pradesh LAWCET counselling web option stage is the online choice-filling period. In this stage, verified candidates can select and prioritize their preferred law colleges and courses (3-year or 5-year LLB) for seat allocation.

It is possible to continue taking part in the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET counseling process even if you failed to register in the first round. The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) allows fresh registration in later rounds as well. But you have to make sure you register officially for the round concerned within the specified time frame.

Candidates can register for Andhra Pradesh LAWCET counselling only in online mode via official website.

An Income Certificate will be required only in case you wish to claim your fee reimbursement or scholarships through schemes implemented by the state. However, an Income Certificate is optional in case you are not claiming any financial help, but you must have a white ration card.

There is no requirement of a traditional “Domicile Certificate” as long as you have Study or Bonafide certificates for the past seven years without any break, relating to your residential status. In case you have not pursued your studies through a traditional educational institution in the State of Andhra Pradesh in the past seven years, you will need a Domicile Certificate.

The AP LAWCET Counselling 2026 process has officially started. Phase 1 counselling registrations were completed on September 29, 2026. The AP LAWCET 2026 Round 1 seat allotment date is October 6.

Candidates can apply online through official APSCHE portal by registering, paying the processing fee, uploading certificates, and exercising your web options.
