Candidates must have passed Class 12 with Science stream (Gujarat Board, Central Board, NIOS, ICSE, International Board - Cambridge) with Physics (theory + practical), Chemistry (theory + practical), Biology (theory + practical), and English. A minimum of 45% aggregate is required in these subjects. On the other hand, reserved category students (SC/ST/OBC) must have a minimum of 40% aggregate.

Apollo Institute of Nursing Gandhinagar eligibility criteria requires students to pass Class 12 or equivalent form a recognised board. Propsective students must have securde a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% aggregate for reserved categories). Additionally, students must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology (theory + practical), and English as compulsory subjects. The minimum age of the student must be at least 17 years.
