Hi Abhinit,
As you know, Sir J J College of Architecture is one of the best architecture college in India, so seats of this college are occupied by the top rankers. Although your score in JEE mains paper 2 is good, but getting a seat with this score is difficult. For your satisfaction, you can participate in the counselling process upto last round or spot round.
If not getting any seat in this college, then go for good private colleges like amity University or lovely professional university for bachelor of architecture courses.

Yes, the criteria for getting admission in Bricks College is 40% marks in NATA test. As you are having good marks in NATA you can easily get Bricks College.

With 126/200 Marks in NATA 2019 exams, 98.4 percentile in JEE Mains paper 2 2019 exams and 75% score in your class 12th, you have chances to secure admission in CEPT.

With 126/200 Marks in NATA 2019 exams, 95 percentile in JEE Mains paper 2 2019 exams and a good score in your class 12th, you have chances to secure admission in very good colleges across the country. It would have been easier if you could have stated the state/ region, you are seeking to pursue your B.Arch programme. KCET NATA/Architecture ranking were to be released a week back but till now it has not been released by KEA officials causing panic and confusion among students aspiring to be Architects and their parents. But as per the circular of KEA the rank list will be announced soon within a day or two.
