Fees in NITs is regulated by the central board and you can find information of government fixed fees on the respective NITs website. Even SPAs' fees can be found on the website of the SPA and also, Delhi Technical Education's website.

With 86.25 percentile in JEE Mains paper 2 exams, you can surely secure admission in very good colleges across the country under OBC NCL category. It would have been easier if you could have stated the state/ region, you are seeking to pursue your B.Arch programme.
