Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) was responsible for preparing IPU CET 2018 eligibility criteria. The candidates were required to satisfy the eligibility criteria of IPU CET 2018 for admissions into the B.Tech programmes offered by the institute. Yes, you'll easily get admission as you have good marks. Moreover, I would suggest you to try for NITs too till the spot round or the maximum you can push them up to.

Assuming you are from general, chances are very less as there is a fixed no. of seats in only one branch, where almost the same no. of students applied as that for multiple branches in paper one.
Moreover, below are the colleges which have almost the same reputation as that of NITs and suit your marks-
MSRIT
NIT-Bhopal, Calicut, Hamirpur, Jaipur, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, Rourkela, Trichy, Kozhikode,
VNIT,
SPA- Vijayawada, Bhopal, Delhi, Bhopal.
Mizoram University, Aizwal.
IIEST Shibpur.
The above are the top colleges which you are likely to get. These are all government or are government-aided.

For IPU you have to attempt IPUCET. IPU doesn't consider JEE and NATA. Therefore you must go for IPUCET.

Admission in Sir J. J. College of Architecture, Mumbai has been started, you can apply now for the same. And According to the eligibility criteria admission of the candidate is through counselling, based on marks obtained in 10+2/ Diploma and score obtained in National Aptitude Test in Architecture NATA. Requirements are: 10+2/ Diploma marks - 50%, NATA score - 50%.

Hi,
IP University B.Arch Admission 2018 will be conducted on the basis of the NATA 2018 scores and class 12th marks of the candidates. There is no entrance exam for IPU admission to Bachelors of Architecture course. However, admission to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University GGSIPU affiliated Architecture colleges will be conducted through the IPU Counseling Process. The IPU B.Arch application process has started from June 5, 2018. Go through it and take a right decision for you. All the best.

Thank you for showing interest in Ganga Institute of Architecture and Town Planning. Our college is approved by Council of Architecture and affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University. Yes, you can get admission in B.Arch and the eligibility criteria to take admission in B.Arch is 10+2 pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board/ University with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with more than 50% marks. If you are Muslim, you can get JMI. Else, you should go for state government colleges which includes home state quota, Yes, getting government. At your marks is not difficult, possibly thhe autonomous ones with home state but make sure they have good rankings and name. Else, private universities are always open for you. Best of luck.
