Candidates had to complete the registration, uploading images and pay the fee before the final date, otherwise they were not able to attempt the entrance examination. For Phase 1, 2 and 3, the final date to register for NATA 2023 was April 13, May 24 and June 29, respectively. The authorities did not entertain any requests for registration after the final date.

The NATA application process consisted of registration, filling out the details, uploading documents and fee payment. For the previous three rounds, the registration process had commenced on March 20, 2023.
