Govt. schools of theatre and acting are a rare commodity in Jaipur. The Jawahar Kala Kendra (JKK) is a government-funded project devoted to cultural activities, organizing theatre-related workshops and short-lived acting courses through its Rangayan project. However, it is not strictly an acting school.

The Rajasthan School of Arts is a government institution affiliated with the University of Rajasthan and offers a degree course-B.A. in Dramatic Arts, specializing in theatre and performance. Admission requires 10+2 with 50% marks, although auditions or merit-based selection may also apply. No other significant government acting schools

At Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar, the average salary of BCA pass-outs is approximately INR 3.00 Lakh. Though there isn't any definite information on the precise average package, placement drives—such as one with HIKE Education where 5 out of 27 students got placed—indicate that placement is available but a little scanty. The most common positions offered are IT sales, software solutions, and generic IT roles. The BCA programme fee is relatively reasonable, from INR 20,000 to INR 40,000 per semester, as found from different sources.

  • India Today 2023: Ranked #33 in BBA
  • Outlook 2024: Ranked #62 in BBA
  • India Today 2022: Ranked #35 in BBA

The Apeejay School of Management (different institution in Delhi) reached #3 in North India (Private B-Schools) in the Times B School Ranking Survey 2025, but only for the management school based in Delhi, not for the Jalandhar College of Fine Arts.

For MBA schools, there are no particular ranking statistics in these results provided for the Jalandha
