National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Itanagar has not specified the minimum aggregate to apply for a UG course. However, candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 to apply for a UG programme. 70% in Class 12 is a decent score and candidates can get admission based on their merit.

NIELIT Itanagar accepts NIELIT Entrance Exam for admission to long-term courses. The NIELIT Exam is conducted on all Indian levels by itself or as the apex body for admission to O-Level, A-Level, B-Level and C-Level courses. The exam is held twice in a year in Janauary and July. 

NIELIT Itanagar admission is open throughout the year for enrolment of short-term courses. Admission to long term courses is based on NIELIT Entrance Exam. The NIELIT 2024 theory exam for O/A/B/C levels is scheduled to be conducted on Aug 3, 2024, to Aug 7, 2024. Interested candidates can apply online for the course of their choice. 

NIELIT Itanagar selects candidates for most of the courses based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. The institute conducts an entrance exam for admission to long term courses. The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Exam, or NIELIT Exam, is conducted at the national level for admission to 'O' (Foundation Level), 'A' (Advanced Diploma), 'B' (MCA Equivalent), and 'C' (MTech Level in Computer Science and Engineering) courses in online mode. 

NIT Arunachal Pradesh best courses are BTech and MTech. BTech students are taught Engineering Chemistry, Communication Skills, and various other subjects. BTech students can become Ceramic Engineers, Mining Engineers, and Robotics Engineers, or can take up any job role matching their qualifications. The ROI for both the BTech and M.Tech courses are also quite high.

1: Students applying through JEE Main must first register for the entrance exam.
