College placement is really good, if you want to know more you can follow Facebook page of ACEIT. I am in final year from ACEIT. No, they don't charge extra money but yes there are many extra course they provide to students for that they will charge. Fees for the course will be lower than from other institute. You first visit the campus you will get more details about it. If you have further queries than you can ask.

According to me, JECRC then Poornima, then Arya but I will suggest not to go in this college if you are eligible for LNMIIT, MNIT, BITS PILANI you can see the placement record and faculty staff from their college website you get better idea about the college.
