HR, as we all know don't give very high package initially, but the growth in HR is exceptionally well, but growth will occur only when you have that much knowledge and exposure, and that you will get here, For your concern, I will give a round off figure of average package in HR, it is around Rs. 3-3.5 pa.

Both are good colleges but being part of ABS, I will tell you one thing that you will get better practical exposure than anywhere else. But for your satisfaction, you can compare ABS with other better colleges.

Asian Business School is not offering MBA, it offers PGDM so first you have to think what you want to opt and if it is PGDM then go for ABS because it's good from my personal experience. You would learn a lot here and the faculty here goes extra miles to help you and solve your issues.
