In order to get admission at ASM's Institute of Business Management and Research, candidates must sit and appear for entrance exam as per respective courses. Aspirants must also fulfil the eligibility requirements for admission. Below is the eligibility criteria at ASM IBMR courses:

The candidate should be an Indian National, appeared and Obtained non zero positive score in MAH-MCA-CET (Common Entrance Test). For Open Category Candidate should pass with minimum 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA and any bachelor's degree with Maths or Statistics at Class 12 level or higher level examination. For Reserve Category Candidate should pass with minimum 45% aggregate or equivalent CGPA and any bachelor's degree with Maths or Statistics at Class 12 level or higher level examination. Students appearing for their final year graduation are also eligible to apply.

For Open Category Candidate should pass with minimum 50% marks in aggregate or Equivalent CGPA in any bachelor’s degree. For Reserve Category Maharashtra domicile Candidate should pass with minimum 45% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA in any bachelor’s degree. Students appearing for their final year graduation are also eligible to apply.

For admission to IBMR Pune, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e, to graduate with 50% aggregate from a recognised university (45% aggregate for reserved category/ Maharashtra domicile candidates). It is a mandatory step for candidates to clear before applying for the course.

The eligibility criteria for the BBA (Dual Specialization, Affiliated by MDU, Rohtak) + UGPM (Industry Synergized) course at IBMR Gurgaon is that the candidate should have passed Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate (42.75% marks for SC/ST/ Blind/ Visually and Differently abled candidates of Haryana only) in aggregate from Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or any other examination recognised by M.D. University Rohtak as equivalent thereto.

The eligibility criteria for the MBA (Dual Specialization, Affiliated by MDU, Rohtak) + PGPM (Industry Synergized) course at IBMR Gurgaon is that the candidate should have passed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline as recognised by UGC, under 10+2+3 system with minimum 50% aggregate.
