I am sure with this percentile you will get admission in your desired institute. But are you not underestimating your self? Dream big. Dream of doing CSE in IIT, Mumbai. See, these 2 courses are almost same in terms of everything but the only difference that is in the IT, you will get to know only 2 languages but in CSE, you are supposed to be known more than 5 languages plus the placements, the placements of IGDTU is best among both the above-mentioned options.

Actually, there is nothing like better and best. It all depends on your interests and personality. Basically, IT is mostly related to computers, and it also has some basics in ECE. If you want to pursue a good career in the coding and software fields, you can choose IT. ECE is a subjective branch where you can learn a lot about devices and their functionalities. So, if you take your decision from a college perspective, I would prefer ECE at NIT-Calicut, as it is a premier institution and one of the top NITs.
