Yes, IIITM Gwalior does offer BTech courses for the duration of over four years, divided into eight semesters, and offered in full-time mode. The institute offers BTech courses in three specialisations. Additionally, the university also a five-year integrated BTech + M.Tech courses for the duration of over five years. The basic eligibility criteria required by the candidates to get admission into BTech courses is they must complete their Class 12 from the PCM stream with a minimum aggregate of 75%. 

Additionally, the selection process for these courses is based on candidates' relevant scores in JEE Mains, followed by JoSAA counselling. Foreign nationals, Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) are eligible for admission to BTech courses via DASA UG. 

The tuition fees for M.Tech courses at IIITM Gwalior range from INR 2.4 Lacs to INR 7.9 Lacs and the tuition fees for M.Tech at NIT Patna range from INR 1.4 Lacs to INR 6.3 lakh. Conclusively,  the tuition fees of NIT Patna are more affordable compared to IIITM Gwalior. However, the fee structure can be only one component that candidates consider while comparing known engineering institutes but several factors can be taken into account while choosing the best college, such as placement packages, seats, ranking of that particular institute, affiliation, accreditation, etc.

It is tough to compare which institute is easier to get admission into for M.Tech courses among IIIT Pune and IIITM Gwalior because the M.Tech admission process for both institute is almost the same, in which candidates are required to complete their BTech/ BE degree from recognised institute/ university, with a minimum of 60-75% and then candidates have to appear for the GATE entrance examination, followed by CCMT counselling.

Additionally, the number of M.Tech seats offered at IIIT Pune is 24, whereas at IIITM Gwalior it is 231. Hence, there could be a possibility that the institute with a lesser number of seats has tough competition in contrast to the IIITM with a maximum number of seats.
