Why do you want to enrol in an Australian pilot course. Why not serve the country by becoming a pilot in India. Make your country proud. I'll advise you not to publicise the issue of brain drain. India requires more aviators. Continue to serve your country of origin there.

You are not eligible for a HELP loan. If you are a permanent resident who obtained your professional qualifications abroad and are looking to meet Australian standards for professional practice, you may be able to access HELP for a very specific bridging study.

For nursing, it is compulsory that a particular student should complete class 12th with Physics Chemistry Biology and English . So, a non - medical student can't pursue nursing. Hope it helps.
