Also, they must be residents of Jharkhand. e-Kalyan scholarship also considers the total annual family income, which must fall below the government-specified limits to ensure the aid reaches economically weaker sections. Students must also maintain a clean academic record without failed subjects in the previous year.

KES' Shri Jayantilal H. Patel Law College BA LLB admissions are entrance-based. The eligibility and selection criteria is as below:
