There is no cutoff released for BA Enlish (Hons) courses started 2022. For BA (Hons) in 2021, however, the lowest cutoff released stood at 99 per cent and the admissions closed right after the first round of cutoff released for General category candidates. For other reserved categories, the percentage requirement was comparatively low. While the admission process has completely changed for DU UG admissions starting in 2022 and for the academic year 2023, the competitiveness and quality of students selected for admissions have not changed. Yes, there is CUET exam for BA English (Hons) as well. The university grants admission only on merit basis. Moreover, CUET exams are over and results are expected to be announced on Jul’23. CUET UG 2023 exam was conducted from May 21 to May 31, 2023. For other UG programmes such as BCA and BBA candidates have to appear for the CUET exam.
