Miranda House: A dream life.
Placements: 80-85 percent of students got placed in my course and top recruiters include Uniqlo, Deloitte, etc. The package depends on person to person. It all depends upon your skills and how you communicate. Students of my college have been placed in the highest positions like manager, campus ambassador, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is amazing, every floor has almost 2 Wi-Fi connections. The mess and canteen food is amazing, hostel accommodation is also many. Classrooms are big and spacious and also have smart boards. Hostel admission is quite difficult but it gives a good sense of exposure.
Faculty: Teachers are perfectly qualified in their designated subjects. My course helps in preparing a student for many government and private jobs. Semesters are not so difficult if you're prepared well. Theory subject courses easily have CGPA scores up to 7.5-8 and practical subjects have CGPA scores between 8-9 easily.
Other: I chose my course because I have a deep interest in this field. The course offers many things but I think it is way too hectic than it actually should be. Scholarships are assured to students with many benefits. Fests give good exposure to the DU lifestyle.

A brief about of the college.
Placements: As we know, the placement rate at DU is very low. In my course, we get to work with many sprint media houses like Hindustan Times, Indian Express, etc. As interns. If you're lucky and you get your degree with flying colors, you might even be recruited by them.
Infrastructure: To be very honest, facilities are not that good. I understand that in DU, you can’t expect private university infrastructure, but even then. It’s not great. The Wi-Fi is unreliable, most areas don't have good connectivity. The water here is not suitable. It has a weird taste, and I fell sick for a week after consuming college RO water. The fans don’t make much of a difference. It’s still very hot in the classrooms.
Faculty: Professors are no doubt really good and experienced. They are very kind and approachable. The exam level each semester isn’t very hard. It just requires in-depth study, which we do in our lectures. The passing is a 5 SGPA each semester. The course is highly relevant if you want to do a Master's in the same field. The professors here actually go out of their way to help students with their courses.
Other: Students coming from a co-ed environment might take some time to adjust. But once you find your people here, you'll love the place and make a lot of memories. Try to join as many societies as you want, but make sure it doesn’t hamper your studies. Pro tip: Be bold, Be vocal. If something feels wrong or you just don’t like it, speak up. Whether it's about seniors, faculty, or anything else that bothers you. Raise your voice against it.

Miranda House is a dream of many students.
Placements: I have not tried to avail the placement opportunities in Miranda House. However, there was a high-functioning placement cell on the campus. A lot of programs are organised by the cell. Also, as a student, I used to receive regular mails on my college Email ID. According to the college website, our college's recent recruiters include some well-renowned names from the market like Accenture, Dell Technologies, McKinsey, DE Shaw, Wipro, Byju's, TresVista, Nation with NAMO, etc.
Infrastructure: Miranda House has a small and compact campus. It is one of the prettiest colleges in Delhi University. The college used to have high-functioning Wi-Fi. Classrooms also have good infrastructure with an amazing library. As an Arts student, I have never used a lab, but I have heard good things about the facilities in science. However, I have encountered complaints regarding the issues with ramps, and the problems in the accessibility for the PWD students. I was not a resident at the college hostel. But, Miranda House hostel provides a lot of facilities. Mess food is good and nutritious. The canteen also has food at reasonable rates. There are no any official facilities for sports and games. It also has medical facilities.
Faculty: Miranda House has helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable professors. Most of them used to provide quality lectures and assignments to facilitate the UG students for higher education. As a DU-affiliated college, Miranda House followed a Delhi University course curriculum. The course curriculum was relevant for an Indian English department. Semester exams are conducted by the university. The pass CGPA was more than 4.0.
Other: I was passionate about English literature, and I got the chance to interact with eminent and efficient professors. However, it was not easy for me to mingle with the crowd there. Like most of the Indian universities, it has an elitist crowd.

Really good college to be in, the prestige and the environment is absolutely true to its being.
Placements: Two out of five is the average placement ratio for English honors because the majority of placements are grabbed by economics and mathematics honors students. To the best of my knowledge, the average package for English honors students starts from 7,000 per month; the lowest is 4,000, and the highest is 18,000. News and broadcasting channels are the main recruiters; ABP News and Zee Media are actively recruiting us.
Infrastructure: For course, I'd rather say 5 stars. Wi-Fi, labs, resources, libraries, classrooms, etc.—everything is perfect. Apart from the fact that the AC doesn't work everywhere, the college is still lovely. I have seen my friends complaining that they don't get AC in the summer and heating in the winter in the hostels, although the food is nice.
Faculty: Some teachers are really like motherly figures. Some are so good and knowledgeable that you feel inadequate compared to their intelligence and way of conveying ideas. The curriculum is perfect. I haven't taken my first semester exams yet, but I have heard that the first year is typically harder than others.
Other: I chose English because literature is my life. The best thing here is that you get to read different perspectives on a single scenario from many viewpoints. I would change the timing of classes; one is at 8:30 in the morning, and another is at 12 noon. There is not a single day when you won't see some extracurricular event or activity going on. There are hundreds of things happening. The events are fun and exclusively for Miranda girls.

Good faculty members, good learning, and socializing space.
Placements: Around 30 to 40 students are placed in the college; the companies come and pick the best of the best students for the roles of sales business, execution, and development. The companies coming to the college vary from top companies like Deltax, Accenture, and Namo Nation. Overall, it's good for campus placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great. The canteen is affordable, and the medical facilities are good as well, but the hostel seats should be increased more. And I am totally satisfied with the condition of the washrooms and sanitation area as per the needs of girls, and moreover, I think it's the best among all north campus colleges.
Faculty: The semester exams are good. The best thing about is the helpful nature of the faculty members. You will never feel that you are in another place, as the faculty members are so friendly and supportive that you will love to talk to them and interact. And as a student, I would always love this kind of environment.

Our college provides good infrastructure and faculty members.
Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 61.57 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Google, Infosys, Aaj Tak, etc. Around 45% of students got internships in this course. Top roles offered are digital copywriter, teacher, lecturer, journalist, magazine writer, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities are excellent. The infrastructure is decent. Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Classrooms are air-conditioned. Laboratories are excellent. There is a decent library and several books are available. Hostel facilities are very good. The food quality is great. There is a huge playground on our campus. Sports are conducted such as basketball and badminton. There is a gym facility in this college. All types of equipment are available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. They complete our syllabus as per schedule. Extra classes are also conducted by teachers. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Teachers also provide in-depth knowledge to students. All teachers are experienced. Semester exams are not difficult. If we study well, we can score good marks during exams. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty, good infrastructure, placements and facilities.
Placements: Placement usually depends on your skill. There is a placement cell in our college which offers placement in different companies. Students get placed in various sectors like content writing, patents, drafting for legal corporations etc. All of these are decent to high paying depending on how good you are. A large number of students after graduation turn out to be professors and authors.
Infrastructure: Miranda House is one of the best colleges in India. With NIRF ranking no.1 the college provides vast opportunities for their students. Miranda house has one of the most beautiful infrastructure and campus in North Campus. The red brick fitted walls are mysteriously alluring. The college provides all the facilities including, Wi-Fi, Labs and easily accessible library. The college is well known with one of the best hostels as it is very affordable and has facilities like laundry. The college promotes sports and has a basketball and badminton court and an open gymnasium.
Faculty: Delhi university provides one of the finest education. Miranda House has qualified teachers who are so helpful to students. However, the course curriculum is pretty vast and quite difficult for students to grasp initially. Eventually students adapt to this system, nonetheless. The semester exams are not that difficult. However, it's difficult to acquire high marks. More than 70% students pass.
Other: I chose this course out of complete passion. I was so passionate in reading books and had an immense interest in writing. And the best things I acquired from here is an atmosphere to boost up my potential and great multi-cultural exposure. Tempest the annual fest of Miranda house is an extravaganza for students. A number of societies work in college where you can build up your talents.

Our college infrastructure is good.
Placements: We can easily gain admission to DU with a score of more than 90%. The cut off each year is somewhere about 90%. If you want to take B.A. Prog (CBCS), then you have to get a good control on your specific subject and english speaking and communication skills. From 2022, you have to attend an entrance exam called CUET.
Infrastructure: Quality of food available in the mess is good. We can get facilities like a cafeteria and a restaurant inside campus. We have a lot of facilities inside our campus, i.e. labs, a library, a canteen, a sports room, an auditorium, etc. We have a lot of equipment in our sports room.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and encourage us to try new things and help develop our personalities. College committee organises different types of activities like fests, competitions, tests, quizzes, etc. to develop our mindset. Difficulty level of exams is between moderate and tough.
Other: I'm doing a B.A. (hons) in english because I want to become a lecturer. Crowd is so good during fests and events.

If you include Physical Education in your best of 4, you'll have to deduct 2.5% from your best 4 after which your best of 4 would be 95.5%. It would be difficult to get admission in English hons in Miranda House with that percentage in general category.
