A detailed BA course placements report is not available. However, as per a consolidated report, the overall the highest package offered in the placements were INR 20 LPA. Additionally, the UG students received an average package of INR 3 LPA. Some of the popular job fields preferred by the participants were:

  • Content Writing
  • Journalism
  • Event Management
  • Advertising
  • PR, etc.

BRAU hasn't released data for BA placements 2024. Candidates will be able to find the latest NIRF report on thr university website. As per the overall NIRF report 2024 released by the University, the median package offered during UG 4-year placements 2023 stood at INR 3.5 LPA. The report contains figures of all the UG placements and are not just limited to BA at BRAU.

BRAU offers BA in multiple specialisations accross affiliated colleges. There are 67 BA courses offered by the university across all the affiliated colleges. Candidates applying for admission in the programme should first select the affiliated college that they want to secure admission in and then search if it offers any specialisation in the BA programme. The syllabi for all the programmes remains the same across colleges.

BRAU offers 3235 seats for its BA programme. The seats are divided among the different affiliated colleges that offer this programme. Out of all the colleges, Kaumudi Degree College offers the most amount of BA seats. The college offers 120 seats in total for this programme. Other colleges affiliated to BRAU offer 40 seats on average for its BA programme.

Both Graphic Era Hill University and the NIMS School of Humanities and Social Sciences are good options to pursue an BA. However, in terms of affordability, NIMS School of Humanities and Social Sciences is more affordable since the tuition fee to pursue BA at Graphic Era Hill University is INR 3.2 Lacs to INR 4.3 lakh, and the tuition fee to pursue BA at NIMS School of Humanities and Social Sciences is INR 90,000.

BRAU BA admission takes place through the merit secured in Class 12 exams. Candidates applying for admission should aim to score high in Class 12 boards. There is no set selection criteria for admission. Selection is based on several factors such as availability of seats, strength of candidates applying, etc. Therefore, candidates who have scored well in their Class 12 exams will have a good chance getting into the programme.

The school of Communication admit students based on their performance in the last qualifying examination. Hence, the applicants Class 12 scores are considered. Shortlisted students for BA course are further called for the personal interview round by the Amity School of Communication. For enquiries related to direct admissions, it is advisable to reach out to the Amity School of Communication admission office.

Amity School of Communication fees is sum of different components, which are either one-time chargeable or have to be paid annually/semester-wise. For enrollment, the admission fee or first semester fee amount has to be paid. The total tuition fee for the BA programmes range from INR 4.8 Lacs to INR 13.2 lakh. This fee is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.
