Yes, the BCom fee at ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh is refundable under certain conditions. If the applicants do not meet the minimum eligibility criteria by September 17, 2024, their registration will be cancelled, and only 50% of the semester fee will be refunded after notifying the cancellation of the seat by the University.
