The distance education is centrally managed by Delhi University as well as Mumbai University. They have a separate entity known as department or institute of Distance Education and Open Learning. The colleges that are affiliated to these universities do not offer distance learning on their own.

Narsee Monji only gives B.Com (Hons) for that you need maths as subject in class 12th. The application forms will start by end of February. The last date to apply is 29 April 2019. Dhule Campus of Narsee Monji provides B.Com (Hons). You can contact the university and clear your doubts as well. Please upvote.

Both colleges are good. However, as a personal point of view I would suggest NM for your course. NM has a good background for such courses. Further you might also get benefit for your PG from there as the institution is a well-established brand name for PG courses as well.

No, there is no such possibility. You can switch a college under the same university if the university allows, but you can switch a university altogether.
