Yes you can appear in the CTET examination if you are pursuing any teaching training programme. You should choose appearing in the degree option during filling out the examination form.

BBA is an administration course that will teach you about management and B.Com is related to commerce. If you are willing to get admission to an MBA then you can go with BBA.

The cut-off too is high for B.Com. It is around 90% for General Merit, 75% for SC/ST and for Christian Catholic Colleges.
