HiThe minimum percentage needed is 50% until you belong to any class which would have a relaxation of 5 %. I would suggest you browse the website of the college to check the eligibility for M.Com. Yes, you can do.
99.99% of the syllabus of B.Com and CA is same. It is very easy to handle both courses. You can do B.Com from distance and take coaching for CA (if you want). Best of Luck.
