if you belong to SC and ST category than you will get admission. If you belong to general or OBC category than you will not get admission in Delhi university.
All Delhi university college are well sufficient in every condition. So every college is best in terms of education. So if your admission is being admitted in out of campus colleges than it is totally fine.
Yes, Delhi university take your best 4 subjects for admission.
