Hi,
Currently, there are no universities offering B.Ed in commerce, you have to do it with arts or science. Even there are some universities that don't allow a commerce graduate to take admission in B.Ed.

I'm a army ward and I want to do B.Com from pu campus with 87% in 12th class, will I be able to get admitted there? Is there any army quota?

If you are asking for B.Com programme then having maths is not compulsory but for B.Com (Hons.) or BMS, you must have maths as a compulsory subject in class 12th. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
