SSN is the lowest ranked college of Delhi University. For college there is no perfect mode of communication. SSN College is on the outskirt of the city and nearby the border of Haryana.
Much influence of politics can be seen here.
Satyawati College is 10 times better than Swami Shardanad College. So, I would suggest you to wait for the next cutoff.

If you have some work experience after B.Com, then you may start applying for CAT/XAT/CMAT/SNAP entrance tests for an MBA. If you don't have any work experience, then I am afraid, this year gap will be an issue in admissions, even if you clear the tests.

Hi Hussain,
Of course, you can. NIOS certificate holds the same importance, as an HSC certificate, when it comes to admissions. No college can deny admission to a NIOS student.

Hi Niharika,
If you don't know which course to choose, nobody can help. Studying abroad is an investment of both money and time so be careful. If you are interested in business management you can choose PG Diploma or Graduate certificate courses in relevant courses. To know about the courses you have to visit college websites and check programs they offer. Check the curriculum, career outcomes etc. and decide.
