If you want to pursue B.Com (Hons.) from one of these colleges, I think you should go for Keshav Mahavidyalaya or Motilal Nehru College. The teaching faculty of Keshav Mahvidayalaya is extremely good and even the college holds so many other facilities too. If you are from outside Delhi or living really far from the college they are providing hostel facilities too. If not Keshav Mahavidyalaya, you can go for Motilal Nehru as it is very good for it is commerce department.

Hi Sana,
Why don't you try for a MBA rather than a Diploma? I suggest that a MBA from a prestigious college would be a great option for you to go ahead with.

You just need to have studied mathematics in your 10+2. It doesn't necessarily be part of best four subjects. All the best.

You can definitely ask in the office for the purpose. If the department and the head of the department allows you for the same, you can do, considering your back paper in mind.

It clearly depends on when you want to appear in the exam. Also, it depends on your grasping power. You can either join now to give November 2019 attempt or next year for November 2020 attempt. I would highly suggest you to give November 2019 attempt. Else, you can start immediately after your graduation.
